No one said that achieving glory was easy and with this combination, it will be very difficult to get good scores, without going over it at least 2 or 3 times. However, don’t worry fitboxers. The description of the technical movements will help you to know the session more thoroughly and to face the challenge with another mood.
Brooklyn Tip: the key to master this challenge lies in having a great control of the breath, dose the intensity of our hit to the bag and, of course, keep up with the rhythm at all times.
