The speed and the displacements that there are in it, can make us forget our technique during training.
In this way, we will focus all our efforts on hitting the bag and, mainly, a safe impact, both in the hits (straight wrist and impact with the base of the knuckles) and kicks (rotation of the support foot, impact with the base of the shinbone and the instep surrounding the bag).
Brooklyn Tip: Place the previous foot near the bag during the fourth round will help us to hit the uppers with maximum strength.
