For this new challenge, we need to pay special attention to the turn when doing the back kick. Do it supporting yourself on the tips of your toes of both feet. That way you will spin round easier. Also, by bending your knees slightly, you’ll keep your balance better and perform a much more effective kick.
Brooklyn Tip: You must keep you guard up all the time, without exposing your face to your “opponent” at any time.
